2nd step: Then go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and find the text CTRL+F then type IsShortcut and find next a few second windows screch the fill when screch complete delete the IsShortcut. Then again find CTRL+F and delete the IsShortcut . again again again delete the IsShortcut untill it is end then you Restart your pc.
